Chicken Over Rice was delicious! Lots of flavor. Lots of food topped with sauce. Nice and fresh. Tender chicken. I'm really impressed. Especially for the price!
The right parking lot even makes you feel like you're in NY/NJ 🤣

Not sure why this place is rated only 4.4 and not 4.8-4.9. The food is super fragrant, fresh, and delicious. Really affordable prices and Halal as well. Chicken over Rice is simple but delicious. Highly recommend this place and will be ordering again in the future!

The El Halal Loco Over Ricel Loco Over Rice was really good, flavorful portions were decent and Bacon or Sausage, Egg & Cheese with Home Fries or Sausage, Egg & Cheese with Home Fries was really good as well.

Definitely reminds me of home! I order from here at least twice a week! The chicken over rice was great! Could've used more white sauce but the flavors were there! Tried the Chopped Cheese which was 10/10!!
