I got three 3 Tacos, 3 Churros & Large Horchata.
Tacos had a decent amount of steak in it, not just fatty pieces either, lean good meat.
Churros looked homemade, crispy and crème in the middle.
Horchata was spot on also.
Only thing I can complain about is the price!!!

The food was good! For the guac I could use a pinch of salt and some lime but I loved that it wasnt spicy. Also, if i only wanted guac and chips I would probably try the shareable size instead of individual next time. The Large Horchata 10/10!! So good and a good size. I got a steak taco and the steak was season so good. First time trying food from here and will def order again.

Rice and burrito was bland. Beans tasted like they came straight out a can with no flavor. Salsa was watery. Funnel cake with strawberries was not worth $8. The funnel cake was the size of a cupcake. Tacos were just ok.

I love this place. I tried it a couple of weeks ago for the first time and was hooked on the steak tacos. Excellent....melt in your mouth tender pieces of steak. I took my wife there a few days later. She loved the place as well. This past weekend while at our cottage in LG, I took my wife and son to Guac Star. We had an awesome dinner. Again, the steak tacos are amazing. The guacamole is homemade and fantastic.
My son is a salsa lover and loved the salsa as well. The dinner was capped off with churros making for a terrific evening. The owners are terrific. Very friendly and welcoming. They treated us like family. They have a great location...very convenient....right downtown and close to the lake.
Thrilled to have found this place. Highly recommended.
