• DoorDash orderThe 3 Tenders Plate was so good! I was surprised how big the tenders are, 3 of them is a good amount of food. This place also has the best baked beans. I've reordered 3-4 times now and they never disappoint!

• DoorDash reviewAs others have mentioned, their quality of food is consistently excellent. No matter what time of day or which day of week, the chicken is always hot, crispy, and juicy. I also love their no fuss packaging that retains temperature but does not make chicken soggy. We are loyal customers!

• DoorDash orderNothing was bad here. The dark meat was moist inside, and had a nice crispy breading, with a tiny bit of heat, perfect for us. The potato salad was mildly sweet, and very tasty. The mac and cheese, while not quite as al dente as i like it, was never the less better than most, and made with real cheese. The coleslaw was very good too, maybe the best ive had. It was very reminescent of KFC, but with a finer shred, and thicker sauce, but likewise, mild and sweet.
The Okra could have been crispier, but its fried okra, so still quite tasty. The chicken tenders were a bit overcooked inside, but still had that wonderful crispy batter. We both felt that the pie, while probably not supposed to be as creamy as some custard pies, was still a bit overcooked and dry. It still tasted good, but was falling apart as soon as you dig into it.
All and all, i would certainly order Gus's again.
