• DoorDash orderThe food was cold and dry. The bowl had a horrible burnt flavour, and the portions were a half of the size you get when eating in the restaurant. Very disappointing when you spend $40-50 for 2 meals.

• DoorDash orderFood was tasty. Chips on the other hand were cold. I think GYG needs to look at using a different system for chips as putting them in open cups is not keeping them hot. Driver only had to go 5min and they were cold. Also 3 stickers on top of bag for more security. I notice up in Brisbane they do this but not on G.C

• DoorDash orderEvery time we order via DoorDash from the Helensvale GYG store there is always an issue.
Tonight was no exeption. Spent over $80 to receive freezing cold chicken bowls, burritos and fries (delivery was quick - no issues with delivery). We received spicy meals (ordered mild) kids couldnt not eat the spicy burritos so they went in the bin. No corn chips in bowls. Bowls smaller than usual portion size.
So disappointed as this is our weekend treat.
