I was so looking forward to this meal. Main size Nachos ordered was very sparse and barely warm. Maybe 2 tablespoons of beef, and same in beans, plenty of corn chips but very little cheese. I did not receive the sour cream I ordered. The dasher delivery time was good but I won't be ordering from this Guzman y Gomez again. Very disappointing for the price.

Really poor service, for a second time. One of the nachos, for which we specified no guacamole, came covered it in. This happened last time too (except with sour cream, not guacamole). My nachos were also made incorrectly, as they added pico de gallo which I'd asked to have removed. The taste was also incredibly subpar and disappointing. Average at best, stale, bland, and dry (with a very unpleasant aftertaste) at worst. I never experience these issues at the Coffs Harbour store, so maybe the management of the Port Macquarie branch is the problem? Either way, very disappointing and a total waste of money. If you have to go, go in person so you can correct them (and get what you wanted) when they inevitably butcher your order.

Got 3 Tacos 1 hard 2 soft , they gave me 3 soft , other than that food was good , also the price is abit much for the small amout of food

Breakfast Burrito is very delicious and highly Recommended if you're ordering breakfast.
Stay clear from the Iced Latte as they're very bitter and there's no option to add sugar syrup (only to remove so you'd assume they'd just add it in) and also couldn't taste the syrups that were requested (one with hazelnut one with vanilla) so we ended up having to add our own stuff to the iced lattes to make them tolerable to drink. Won't be buying those again anytime soon.
