I was so excited to try the "new Haab's" but it was all disappointing in taste and quality. 4 stars because the presentation was great & I support local businesses - I'll try again in hopes it was a bad night. I will say the Truffle Fries are not accurately described -- they are very similar to poutine but with truffle flavors and that was disappinting because it was priced very high for what it is. The Shrimp Cocktail was the best item with a good horseradish flavor cocktail sauce but I was hoping for a lemon wedge too. The Fried Jumbo Mushrooms were soggy and the Chicken on a Stick and Shrimp Lollipop were so cute! But the shrimp was rubbery and the chicken was worse than fast food chicken fingers. I was betting on the Seafood Chowder to save it but it was disappointing.. not bad but it tasted like a canned soup. I hope this was a fluke on a busy Friday night because we all want this institution to stay in ypsi. Most of the prices were fair for taste but the quality is what matters most and that was lacking compared to the descriptions. The Truffle Fries need a different name and description or people will be disappointed.

The "Grilled chicken sandwich tasted burnt! I ordered the house chips but they sent FF. (SMH ON THAT) and for the Grand Prize I ordered the 20oz Sour Apple Slushie and that wasn't with the order.
