If you're in the mood for something new and different, Habesha Ethopian is a must-try! We typically get Awaze Tibs, Doro Wat, and the Yesom Beyaynetu (vegetarian combo, I LOVE the cabbage!!!). They give you plenty of the spongy, tangy injera flatbread to scoop it up with (bonus for those with Celiac: Injera is typically gluten free, as it's made with just teff flour, water & yeast). Happy to recommend Habesha to anyone looking for a warm, comforting, hearty meal!
