The actual patty was at most 1/4" thick which was over cooked and dry. We asked for extra crispy with our fries and tempura beans. They were so soggy, not pleasant to eat. We used to love this place but not anymore

first time eating here, the Teriyaki Char with Cheese was AMAZING. like top 3 burgers i've ever had! the original "Charburger" was good too , but kinda plain in comparison to the teriyaki. i HIGHLY reccomend!

My family and I have tried most of the menu items, and so far, no real complaint. The food has been cold once or twice, but I believe it's not any fault of the restaurant's. it would be helpful if they had a bag like some other places that would keep all food hot . They do have some killer burgers, and the chicken sandwiches are amazing, too.

Absolutely delicious Impossible burger with the exact way I love it. This is one of the few places that allows vegetarians to have that burger that agrees with our diet.
