Burgers were very soggy, and lettuce was old and wilted.
Onion Rings were almost burnt and very small serving size.
Fries do not come with any sauce, and the app requiring you to choose an option definitely reads as if they do, making them cost almost seven dollars each.

I forgot how bad and cheap this place is so disappointing. The burger was so bland and small barely any meat or cheese. The fries were so hard and the onion rings felt kind of raw in the inside. Now I know not to choose this place next time :(

Chicken sandwich was a sloppy mess in the container they served it in. Burger was also a big slop - too much mushy (and stinky) coleslaw. Very poor packaging

the amount of avocado on the Santa Barbara Charburger was fantastic, best burger I've had in a while. And I'd gladly take Tempura Green Beans over regular fries any day

The chicken Sandwich number 12 without the spicy stuff on it. Was a 5 out of 5. And The mozzarella sticks, We're very juicy and crunchy.
And everything was at a good price.
