Ordered chicken bites and they were burnt and overcooked. Also got the half onion ring and fries, we got 3 onion rings. Paid for extra ranch and didn't receive it.

terrible food - cold French Fries, burgers overcooked, only one tiny half piece of bacon, they went crazy with the mayo, didn't give ketchup or ranch that I paid extra for, called when it was already late to say the ice cream machine down (just like McDonald's).... not recommended

this is an awesome place. one thing everyone hates is a soggy burger after ordering delivery but they went out of their way and put the grilled onions on the side to prevent that..Great work
