Good sandwich. I liked the flavor. I've never had Tempura Green Beans before. They were crispy and not greasy. I have the same complaint, however, about the Santa Barbara Charburger that I have with a lot of other burger "sandwiches"...the size of the burger patty is not proportional with the size of the bread. Everything is piled up in the middle of the sandwich. The first one or two bites doesn't yield a bite of the meat. I get it...meat patties are round and better suited to the bun design, but if you're going to serve a patty with something like sourdough, the shape of the patty should somewhat conform to the shape of the bread it's served on. A small issue because I find it almost universally being an issue, but I keep thinking that someday someone will figure it out, so I mention it. Hope springs eternal.

I love this place! Delicious, fresh and fast. Always prompt and the ambiance is great. The Family Char Meal is our go to and comes with so much food. Would recommend above all other fast foods!

the Desert Drip Char and Desert Drip Char were really small for the price! same with the Onion Rings & Fries . ordered a Kids Crispy Chicken Bites for my child and they were all hard as rock and non edible. she had fries for dinner. they also didnt give us the drink or the little gummy they advertise. all around i will absolutely NEVER order from here again. the burger was good but not worth the price. smaller then McDonald's burgers and just as expensive. false advertisements on all photos. they look NOTHING like advertised. and it took over an hour for them to prepare the food just for my dasher to pick it up.. they were literally waiting for 35min and it had already been 25 between ordering and the dasher arriving

Burger was awesome, juicy and fresh veggies. The salad was better than expected super crisp romaine, I added bacon was really good bacon. They followed Instructions of no croutons and no carrots. Their ranch was good really. Better then anything I expected from a fast food like establishment.

Pretty expensive burgers and no sides with the meals. We were upcharged for the kids meals to have onion rings and green beans and they literaly got 5 each. The food was good but the portions were disappointing. And the Cesar Side Caesar Salad didn't have any sauce. We asked for napkins with all meals and got 1 total.
