I'm not sure if it was because it was later at night when I ordered but we ordered the French Fries well done and they were not cooked that way and they were extremely salty. The burgers were also ordered well done, but there was pink in the burgers. We also ordered Classic Ranch with each of our burgers and did not receive them. I normally love this place but the quality control of the food being out out and attention to detail with orders could definitely use major improvement.

Both sandwiches ordered were missing items. Chicken Club that we ordered was missing grilled onions that was offered as a add on, and the Crispy Chicken sandwich Chicken Club ordered was missing Avacado that was a paid extra topping. Very disappointed with the quality and the taste of our items.
