food is always good. However the chicken sandwich is a little soggy in the container.

Burger was smashed beneath everything else in the bag. It was a mess. The fries are undercooked. Get the Santa Barbara Charburger if you don't want a destroyed burger. It comes in its own box. Not worth the over $40 I paid for delivery.

I ordered a teriyaki steak and they forgot to put the teriyaki sauce on the sandwich. Very irresponsible to say the least.
