Good sandwich. I liked the flavor. I've never had Tempura Green Beans before. They were crispy and not greasy. I have the same complaint, however, about the Santa Barbara Charburger that I have with a lot of other burger "sandwiches"...the size of the burger patty is not proportional with the size of the bread. Everything is piled up in the middle of the sandwich. The first one or two bites doesn't yield a bite of the meat. I get it...meat patties are round and better suited to the bun design, but if you're going to serve a patty with something like sourdough, the shape of the patty should somewhat conform to the shape of the bread it's served on. A small issue because I find it almost universally being an issue, but I keep thinking that someday someone will figure it out, so I mention it. Hope springs eternal.

The meal was really good. Only the 2 Double Char with Cheese had a small problem of not having as much flavor as normal. Otherwise everything was great.

I love this place! Delicious, fresh and fast. Always prompt and the ambiance is great. The Family Char Meal is our go to and comes with so much food. Would recommend above all other fast foods!

Santa Barbara Charburger I'd reviewed before that this is a good sandwich, but that the burger should fit the shape of the sourdough. The patty seemed sized a little better this time. Not sure if it's just a fluke or was intentional, but good work. Neither the sandwich nor the fries got here as warm this time, and the burger was a tad soggy, but part of that may have been timing. I ordered during "rush hour". It took a little longer to get out here than it did last time. I really like the combination of flavors, though. Kind of reminds me of Marie Callender's old Frisco Burger.

I understand that fast food is not supposed to be fine dining;however, this was pretty abysmal. #2 Original Double Char was over cooked, and the only condiment I could detect was condensation. Asked for bbq sauce got 44 packets of mayo, Chicken Club was overcooked to the point you would think I ordered the food "extra dead." About the only thing paletable was the fries. Good job becoming a slightly more trendy Burger King.
