The burger bun was burnt on the edges & the onions were scorched.,The tomato was also mushy. All of which made the burger not very enjoyable.
Additionally, the strawberry shake was only about 3/4 full, if that. As the Dasher handed it to me, he said that he asked them why they only filled it that much; & told them that I might think that he took some. I'm sure he didn't because it had the stores curved and sealed lid attached.
AND, I didn't get the napkins requested & clearly listed in my order ....got 2 straws and no napkins to use after eating a messy burger

Charburger with cheese missing ketchup,mustard,pickle, little lettuce  also very dry. Bbq bacon charburger with cheese no bbq sauceI but I receive ranch dressing for bbq sauce bottom bun was soggy Not good ,that was not worth $53.90

Burger was sloppily prepared...almost thought the patty was missing,but it was hanging out of the opposite side of the bun. The mushrooms were so black I first mistook them for a burned burger patty. I thought the cheese was missing because everything was so squashed together it was difficult to see the contents,.
The strawberry milkshake was not mixed well and was much soupier than usual.
AND, the napkins I requested were missing.
Sure wish my burger looked at least SOMEWHAT like the one advertised!

Burger was okay but lettuce was limp & soggy, not crisp like the online description said. Shredded lettuce does not work well on many foods, especially when it's put between hot ingredients. The sandwich would be MUCH better leaf lettuce was used rather than limp shredded.
