The Quesa-birria quesadilla was excellent. Very tasty and the dipping sauce was also tasty and had some heat.
But I did not get my side of beans or the guacamole.

The Quesa-Birria enchilada was excellent although it was missing the jalapeños I requested. The corn tortillas were tasty and the meat was tender, flavorful , and spicy. The consommé was okay . The charro beans tasted like plain pinto beans.

These are the enchiladas I've been looking for since moving to Denver! I've finally found my go to for Mexican food. The meal came packaged well. These beef enchiladas were beyond yummy! I'll have the rest for lunch tomorrow. I don't even know if I really tasted the Baja shrimp. I ate them too quickly! The whole meal made my taste buds happy. Thank you!

When I received the order from the driver, I thought there must have been a mix-up because the bag was so heavy. Their entrees are big.
The vegetable quesadilla was messy but delicious, with plenty of veggies and enough sections to make two more meals from it. But the guacamole that came with it was thin, almost liquid.
The Ultimate Burrito was also big and delicious. But the ground beef far outweighed the amount of beans. It also was big enough to make another meal out of.
The rice was nicely seasoned, one of the better versions of Mexican Rice or Spanish Rice that I've had.
