the cook,didn't't cook/sauteed the peppers/onions so I gave them a four star but it was seasoned good n tasteful tho

Hummus and pita was a bit bland, topped with olive oil (I added lots of salt). The CHICKEN AND BEEF OVER RICE was pretty good, well seasoned, but I added more salt. Some of the beef and chicken pieces were overcooked. I added the hot sauce and white sauce.
