Uni is one of my guilty pleasures. I've ordered it from only 3 places in town; place 1 makes my soul cry because their uni is occasionally superior but they don't have it regularly, place 2 has it all the time but it is overly briny, then Hamachi has it consistently and it is just shy of being the best urchin to grace my mouth. This is my first time ordering Stuffed shishito and I'll do it over and over again. I'm savoring the rest of my order as I'm typing this review. Next time I'll ask, and offer to pay, for more sliced lemon because even the lemon is delightful. I am thoroughly pleased with tonight's supper.

Ordered the TONKOTSU RAMEN and Gyoza. The noodles were thin and had perfect consistency. The broth was thick and rich. The eggs and pork belly were perfectly cooked and everything was delicious. The Gyoza were crispy and hot. Outstanding all around.

Honestly always top quality! The flavors are set up perfectly and every time I get sushi from here I'm reminded of how happy food can make you. Everything is fresh and there is time and quality put into each roll. I'm never disappointed when I order from here.

Review should be 2 1/2 stars. I never review but with so many great sushi restaurant in the area, I felt it would be prudent. The rolls were great, no complaints. The nigiri was horribly over priced for what you get. I ordered salmon, fatty tuna and escolar. What I got was a small wad of over cooked rice with chunks of what I would call poki on top. Either I just got the evening scras or this is their attemtp at nigiri.
Go elsewhere, not worth wasting cash on.

Great taste! Plenty of food!! The Volcano is a great sushi dish and has a cool lemon twist to it! Might be one of my new favorites. Love classic Toni otsu Ramen as well. Great rich flavor
