C-1 Classic Lan Zhou Beef Noodle Soup (兰州拉面) and the D-7 Dan Dan Noodles (担担面) were great! The beef is flavorful, marinated well and very tender. The soup base was light and not too strong as to overpower any other flavors. Big fan of the noodles as they were just the right amount of chewy-ness. A-7 Wonton Soup (馄饨湯)'s wontons were big and filled up which is something other restaurants tend to skimp on by putting less filling. Would definitely order again.

Wow.
I am now a Hana noodle groupie. I just received my first order and these bowls are LOADED. Scallion noodle and signature beef noodle dishes - 10/10 on flavor, size, freshness, vegetable crunch, noodle bounce. Their broth is so clean and packed with warm fuzzy feelings. Definitely be sure to warm it up if you need to so you can get the full, main event.

Immediately cured my sniffles! A-7 wonton soup had the perfect amount of soup to wonton ratio & you can't go wrong with the shrimp dumplings. Something about the texture of shrimp that satisfies my cravings for seafood. Not too salty, comes with dipping sauce. Loved everything
