The 4 scoop sampler was a lot for one person definitely recommend splitting it. The ice cream is amazing. Really like the strawberry cheesecake and brownie dough.

I can't speak to the chain as a whole, but I can say that the Layton location's ice cream has been absolutely amazing every single time I've gotten it.
Furthermore, on my last~ish order for their amazing ice cream through DoorDash, the DoorDash employee had some issues and after having picked up my sizeable order, was unable to actually deliver it. So when I reordered the exact same thing, within minutes of the driver leaving the store, the Handel's employees called me to make sure that I hadn't accidently made a duplicate order. When I explained the DoorDash issue, well, the Handel's employees went above and beyond anything that I ever would have expected to make sure that I got my order and to make up for the inconvenience —even though they weren't at fault!
