Listen. I ordered something that wasn't on the menu, and not only did they come through, but they hand wrote me instructions on how to put it together once I got it. They went above and beyond and have no idea how much I appreciate it!!!

Their ice cream is always top notch! Staff is very practical and willing to go the extra mile for customers and accommodate special requests! Love the convenience of DoorDash but its not uncommon for some establishments to handle orders poorly, forget items, etc. Not this place! 100% everytime and if they dont have an ingredient or are missing something they try to make right rather than just sending an incomplete order. Cant say enough about their consistency, accuracy, and customer care. Of course their products are great too!

Usually order a medium because the fudge and peanut butter is scarce tried a large to get more topping and was still a medium with light toppings. Sad

I always order the Praline Pecan ice cream and it is full of the caramel and pecans and the ice cream itself is rich and creamy. It is delicious!

It's sad to see how much the quality at the Tallmadge store has gone down. The flavors were off and barely enjoyable which was a huge disappointment. We ordered the same flavors from the store in Jackson the next day and there was a noticeable difference in taste and quality.
