Pan-Fried Pork Dumplings in house sauce is one of my FAVORITES and always a first stop when I am in Sacramento. sometimes my second and third stop as well.
Sometimes we get the catering pan and share as a family. (yes for reals)
May not be everyone's favorite but its mine!

The taste on the pork dumplings was bland. The portion size was great for the deal going on. As far as freshness it was pretty good. I would unfortunately not order this again but I may try out other items

12 PC Pan-Fried Pork-Chive Dumplings was doughy. I usually order them all the time. The green onion Scallion Pancake was hard and tasted burnt. Even the sauce was watery and no flavor. Maybe they have changed cooks. The Fried Cheese Wonton was cream cheese and white onions yuck. Maybe green onions would have been better. I was highly disappointed and won't order from them again.

This place is good. I thought that the 12 PC Chicken Dumplings were going to be steamed but they are pan-fried. Still good. The 12 PC Pan-Fried Pork-Chive Dumplings are excellent. Sauces also pretty good, next time I'll try the spicy one.
