Not only did I receive my food fast, but the presentation was fantastic.
The food itself self is NEXT level. The rice is perfect, and not dry. The teriyaki chicken was theBomb.com. And the Mac salad is absolutely incredible.

Hapa was rated #2 most popular in Redmond which encouraged us to try something new. And boy, we are so glad we did!
We both got a Hapa Plate and shared by choosing one of each meat option to try them all. All were delicious but we were blown away by the chicken and pork. I've worked barbecue and this was the most tender pork I've ever eaten. Same goes for the chicken. There is something about their mac salad that is pure magic. I can't say I've had one like it. Not sogged out with mayo and wonderfully flavorful.
We hadn't even finished our plates before we were planning what to order the next time. Kudos Hapa! We are so glad you are in Redmond!

My family and I have now tried almost everything and this place is amazing! Since we moved to Redmond we've only been able to enjoy Hawaiian a few times bc I work in Madras and don't go to Bend much, even less so since I've been sick. The teriyaki beef and Kalua pork are my absolute favorite, and better than any I've ever had (including authentic cooked in the ground). However, the Teriyaki chicken and spam are the favorites of others in the house. Also, the rice is fluffy and sticky and perfect! To top it off, their serving sizes in combination with the quality make the price a good value, and the people are very kind. I have never written a full review like this in DoorDash, but they deserve it! I'm so thankful they opened up here in Redmond.

We stopped by today to order some teriyaki chicken and found out that they were closed due to an event. I told the owner and her coworker that my son was going to be so bummed because he's been craving it for two days...and they literally made him a plate! Extra chicken and mac salad and said it was on the house today "Hapa style". We order from these guys about once a week because the food is SO good! But this was just above and beyond today and I wanted to give a special shoutout. Thanks so much for sharing with us today!!!!!! My son said you get 10 stars!!!
