I've ordered the classic milk tea boba multiple times with crystal boba specifically as my order. Yet I keep receiving the normal tapioca boba. That would be fine if I wasn't paying extra to get the crystal boba. Just so disappointing only because it's happened more than once. Please do better.

I wish I could give this store 6 stars, the drinks is delicious and they're packed pretty good ( seal to protect the cheese cap and also give me the lid ). Highly recommend
