This is the third time lately that they refuse to give me a straw for the boba??... Like this never was an issue in the past, but it almost seems like someone new working there thinks they're saving the entire ocean by not giving paying customers utensils. If im paying near $10 for a drink and also checking the "include utensils" box, id expect a straw? Normally this wouldnt bother me if it was any other type of drink that doesnt require a specific straw, but it's actually impossible to drink boba with a normal straw because it doesnt fit through. The average customer doesnt have a stash of boba straws at their house. The first two times i let it go because i thought it was a genuine mistake, but 3 out of 5 times i've ordered lately i havent gotten one. This never happens to me with any other boba shop.
The reason i gave 4 stars still is because im obsessed with their bubble waffle, puff cream, and some of their drinks. The taste is 10/10, this is my favorite boba shop as of right now. The strawberry lemonade is one of my faves with mango crystal boba. It's just a shame that all of a sudden i haven't been provided the utensils to drink it all of a sudden... Please give boba straws to your paying customers :c

It took longer than usual. The I4 Chocolate Bubble waffle came in cold and puff cream was missing. Boba felt like it was made a while ago. I usually order from UTC and it is faster also tastes better.
