Great Egg Spectations
We have taken some traditional breakfast basics and created specialty egg dishes using fresh ingredients, quality cooking and a bit of imagination.
Omelettes
All of our 3 egg omelettes are served with melted cheese unless requested plain and served with ranch potatoes and toast. Choose from any combination below. Add veggie for an additional charge. Add meat and avocado for an additional charge.
Midwestern Frittatas
Faced omelette created in Italy. It’s – a- like – this: eggs, cheeses and various other goodies cooked and served in a skillet. Complimented with our ranch potatoes and whole wheat toast.
Skillet Breakfast
It’s all here. We start with ranch potatoes, add your favorite from below, sprinkle with melted cheeses and top it all of with 2 basted eggs. Served with toast. Add veggie for an additional charge. Add meat or avocado for an additional charge.
Eggs Ole
Adventurous appetites will both start and end here. Add chorizo, sausage or jalapeños for an additional charge.
Pancakes and French Toast
Always made from scratch, our pancakes are served with whipped butter and warm maple syrup. These cakes are memory bound and eggs-tra-big.
