I was told they could not process my milkshakes on delivery of my order. I would have made other arrangements if this was known up front.

The fries were cold even tho we live literally 3 min from there so they were not fresh. The Hand-Breaded Chicken Sandwich had SWEET pickles...like who wants sweet pickles on a sandwich? Both the BLT Hand-Breaded Chicken Sandwich and the Hand-Breaded Chicken Sandwich were just ok.
