Super Star® Appeared to be freshly made and was tasty which is definitely a plus. It didn't look like some of those other burgers I recently bought that looked like they were made yesterday or two days ago thankfully. The Strawberry milkshake was enjoyable, and so was the Apple Turnover.

There were no napkins, and even though I asked for ketchup, none was provided. The chicken sandwich was more like a chicken strip on a bun. While it tasted good, I wouldn't have paid the delivery price if I knew it would be just a chicken strip on a bun. I won't blame the restaurant for the cold fries; that issue lies with DoorDash. It was frustrating that the driver was sent to pick up my food first and then made to wait an additional 10 minutes for the second order, which was simply snacks. Delivery procedures should use common sense, suggesting the driver pick up the snacks first to ensure efficient service.

Mushroom & Swiss is still really good, Big Hot Ham 'N' Cheese™ not as big as i expected but very good, I didn't know they had Hard Shell Beef Taco but they were surprisingly good actually but need tomato... but everything was fresh n yummy

I normally love Hardess and want to keep tbem in business but today im sorry the biscuits were so hard I could use em as a hammer and the gravy had zero flavor, pepper and runny was honestly awful ...
