• DoorDash ordermy food came aprox 2 hours after I ordered it! was NOT by fault of hardin grocery tho...it was bc a dasher never went & picked up my food & delivered it 2 ME!
my food was COLD,but again not by fault of hardin grocery!
when I contacted doordash customer support by chat.... the agent told me that they had called hardin grocery 2x's & no answer.
so I called them & a very nice & sweet woman answered in just a few rings.....no problems! I explained my delima & she lmk that my order was prepared sum time ago & just sitting up there & no dashed had come up there 2 pick it up & bring it 2 ME yet. (thanks so much Mam, U know who U are)
I actually had called twice & same sweet woman each time!
Anyways....
I Actually Love Hardin Grocery's Food! & I Promise Ya'll this wasnt on their end at All.
I had got back on the chat with doordash customer support. The Agent....seemed 2 NOT be doing their job! I had asked 4 my order 2 be delivered & a full refund in doordash credits , which they wouldnt do!

• DoorDash orderWe have ordered from here a few times and everytime they have been really good! The customer service is amazing. We've had the Hamburger Cabbage chicken sandwich and Fried Pork Loin Sandwich I would recommend all of them.

• DoorDash orderThe Food was GREAT! Steaming hot, no cool, just how I liked it, wish there was more ketchup, felt like when the teacher says a dab of glue will do is how much they put on it but overall I loved it!
