So it started off bad! I ordered the 10pc Prawns with 2-Sides and a Banana Pudding. But when the Door Dash diver arrived he handed me a bag that only had the Banana Pudding. Needless to say I was very upset as I had already prepared my mouth for some Fried 10 Pieces Prawn.
Thinking this was going to be harder than a Calculus exam because I ordered via Door Dash I decided to call the restaurant. I got the most sweet and apologetic person on the phone that said they made a mistake and that they would take care of it. MAN!!! They did just that!!! Not only did they offer to send someone back to deliver right away, they gave me extra Pawns (that were delicious!) AND Gave me an entire Turkey Wing meal as well.
The order came fast and I didn't have to wait long! I don't normally do reviews but I owe them this and they've made a new customer!!! You've restored my faith in customer service! THANK YOU!!!

Ok, this might be the best food I had in Oakland. I will be ordering here again. Food was fresh and super tasty. Dessert was fire! Taste like my granny's cooking!! I'll be back

Food was amazing! Hot & Fresh when arrived! I'll definitely order here again. You can tell that this restaurant didn't rush with my food!! 5 stars from me.
