The chicken wings and fries combo was crispy, well seasoned and fresh. The shrimp were well seasoned but were not large enough to justify the price

The Extra Shrimp (4) were perfection. Great nice quality plump shrimp that were seasoned well & crispy. They had a bit of spiciness to the seasoning which I didn't prefer since I don't like heat, but it didn't take away from them. It would be great if they offered Shrimp & Waffles. I'd probably prefer that over the CHICKEN & WAFFLES which are just confusing. I've had them twice, once in person, one delivery, same experience for both. Starting with the Waffles, you get 2 square Waffles. They have the texture similar to Funnel Cake except they are.... juicy? Take your fork & press down and a liquid is very clearly exposed, though they are not mushy. I'm not sure if this oil or butter but they are not bad once you get past that. The chicken on the other hand, you get 3 whole wings and the taste is confusing. They taste like they were fried in old grease, seasoned good & burnt all at the same time, both times. To be fair, I asked for extra, extra crispy. But any good restaurant knows that doesn't mean burned and also the skin was only crispy on the burnt parts. I'm not sure how they are frying these wings but they need to take another look at their entire process; the oil, temperature, seasoning & cooking times.. because something is off & you can tell they have the potential to be great wings!

*Keep in mind I dashed 20m before they stopped taking orders* The Southwest Chicken Egg Roll was a lot like chilis. But more creamy and flavorful. They only have one which is crazy considering it was like $5. Would not order again for that reason. The Catfish Fillet W/ Fries was decent. It wasn't under seasoned but it wasn't savory. Wouldn't be my go to fish spot but id eat it again. Overall 7/10

As a Chicago native, this CHI Polish is the worst polish I've ever had. The polish is really hard, appears old, lacks flavor and the "grilled onions" are laughable. I'm really surprised at the quality and won't order it again.

Ordered the 8 Chicken Wings W/ Fries and visually they passed the test. Looked good, was fried hard, crunchy, and the full wing. They didn't have any taste though. Going to give them another chance though, this had to be an off night. No way you can fry chicken this good without it having a good taste.
