10 wing special for $18 w/o tax should be called 10 ex-small wing special. I requested mild sauce only on my fries they also put it on my pizza puff. Today the sauce was thinner and milder than usual. I ordered 10 Wing Special and pizza puff with fries to have extra fries that I love. The sauce disappointed and the fries were undercooked.

I ordered 4 wings and the honey biscuits. Everything was hard, including the biscuits. The fries were hard, the chicken was dry because it was fried hard and the honey biscuits were hard all around the outside. This was a huge waste of my money, and the chicken was salty. I'm disappointed. This location is usually good but not today.

I purposely ordered online to avoid the wait. When I arrived i still waited in line to find out the cashier says she gave my order to another dasher. I know she could see the hunger and disgust in my face. She then told me they would remake my order. It took an extra 10 minutes that I was trying to avoid. The fish I ordered was on point. But the chicken wings was super small and fried so hard that the meat tasted dry. I wish there was some way to receive compensation for the inconvenience on there in. I know they don't practice giving money back. maybe 10% of my next order if they appreciate my business.

Chicken looked old fries were hard not fresh. Very disappointed no seasoning on the chicken or fries. Look like they refried the chicken in old grease. I ordered this at 10:30am it should look better and taste better than this. I don't know what Harold this came from.
