The only issue I had was that the gizzards were a little bit salty. Great flavor. Fish was exceptional and crispy. Yeast rolls were very fresh and tasty. Okra was fresh.

The Gizzards tasted raw with crust on it and the Boudin Balls were hard and taste overcooked.

In my experience it was not good the gizzard tasted like they were fried in old oil no seasoning. The bread was hard and fish breading was falling off. Botworth the money
