Always excited to try a new restaurant or pop up kitchen. Your taste buds are about to Hatch! The sandwiches were really good, you can't go wrong. If you're a Bacon lover, the Spicy Bacon & Egg comes with lots of Crispy Bacon, although it could overpower other flavors at times. The Chili Crisp & Egg was perfectly balanced with heat and cheese, it was also easy to bite into. The Side of Hash Browns was good and crispy but a bit salty, adding ketchup helps. The French Toast Sticks were light and fluffy but only came with 4 sticks so if you're extra hungry you may want more! Overall, delicious and would get again.

Not as great as the past times ive gotten it. Too much egg, not enough avocado, bread seemed different. Fench toast sticks didnt come with syrup.

Kept seeing this place whenever I've scrolled on doordash for breakfast. Finally gave them a try and they are easily one of the best breakfast sandwich spots in Napa. Their Spicy Bacon & Egg with the Side of Hash Browns are absolutely fantastic. Great way to start the morning for certain.

I really liked how the bacon was thick cut and cooked crispy. The spicy aoli was on point. I like that my fried egg was not runny. I would buy this breakfast sandwich again.
