This is one of my favorite hidden gems of a restaurant in Tucson, and it's affordable.
I usually get the Classic - Mixed Plate with Huli-Huli Chicken and Luau Pig, and it is always excellent.
Eat here for simple, straightforward, hearty, and delicious rice and meat combinations that are of higher quality than you would expect for the price.

I don't know why I sat on this place for so long. it's soooo good. that luau pork with that BBQ pineapple sauce absolutely SMACKS. you gotta get the Large - Mixed Plate. even if you don't finish it, the leftovers taste just as good. and honestly, that mac salad is a simple one, but it's probably the best I've ever had. Super delicious, highly recommend. I've also had just about all those Hawaiian drinks, they are all delicious.

You cannot go wrong with the food here!! The Huli Huli chicken is my #1 go to, didn't think I'd like the macaroni salad but it's delicious and the veggies are really good. Their pineapple bbq sauce is the bomb! Do yourself a favor and order here!

we ordered the regular size last night for dinner and loved it so much we decided to get the large mixed plate for lunch today. the portions were the exact same size. good food, but don't waste your money on the large when it's the exact same size.
