The Crème BruLatte is my all time favorite! Who doesn't love a warm latte on a cold day! They have the best coffees and I love the warm baked goods too

I originally gave a good review and how excited I was that HB was on DD . However with time that has definitely changed. So many bad experiences with drinks & Staff at this location (Blankenbaker). Today yet again drink issues. Paid full price for drinks & didnt get Full drinks both lacking coffee, watered down/ warm & handling was poor. I do not reccommend this location to anyone I know. I am about to no longer give this location any buisness. After time and time giving them chance after chance to correct but still receiving bad drinks.

Received half filled drinks again or missing ingredients this happens almost every order when ordered through DoorDash its made carelessly with an attitude that its a DoorDash order and with no business standards. People have to pay more for the products on door dash. This should be addressed and if not your business will lose revenue. Small issues become big if not addressed.
