Best boba place in town! The tapioca bobas are perfect and chewy, my favorite is the tiger brown sugar boba tea, I also recommend the bubble waffles, especially the sausage and bacon one for breakfast!

If you're not familiar with this type of pearls or are expecting popping pearls, it can be a little off-putting at first, but they're not bad. More like the texture of gummies. The drink itself was pretty good. The protein waffles were good but not really worth the price.
