Always have a good experience with Hibachi Express. B1. Teriyaki Chicken Bowl was full of tender chicken coated by a generous amount of sauce. A5. Vegetable Tempura (8 Pcs) was a very generous portion and very tasty. Happy to have good Japanese food in Charleston.

First time ordering the H10. Hibachi Chicken & Salmon, it was absolutely amazing. The chicken was my favorite part, so yummy and the salmon was an amazing size and cooke to perfection. I got noodles on the side and it more than enough to fill me up. My mom loved the clear soup it came with too.

Just had the BEST lunch today from Hibachi Express! I placed my order on Doordash for the Tempura Vegetables, and the Pick Any Two Sushi Rolls, which comes with a Salad. I requested Broccoli only, instead of the regular assorted vegetables. EVERYTHING came exactly as requested, looked great visually, and tasted GREAT!

Ya'll this sushi spot is top tier! The A2. Cheese Wonton are absolutely delicious, it come with sweet but spicy sauce and its amazing. The SR3. West Virginia Roll Is even better! If you love tempura and crab def give this a try.

H14. Hibachi Salmon & Shrimp: Flavor was good, but the the portion was a little deceiving. The food was presented well. But the salmon at first glanced looked to be of a good size, but it was actually a very thin piece. The shrimp were a good size and flavorful. Overall everything was tasty and I'd probably order from there again.
