This ceviche might be the best I've ever had, and the portion size is awesome.

We LOVE Hidalgo! Their chicken is tender and the seasonings they use are so flavorful. The rice is always soft. It's incredible portions and the food is always hot hot HOT! This is one of our favorite spots for authentic and good Mexican food!

Ive ordered this many times before. The service size for the Texas dip seems to be much smaller than normal. Not sure why.
The flavor for both items is always unbeatable!

I had the Al Pastor and the Texas Dip. The Al Pastor was very sub par and didn't taste very authentic. It was edible but not a good example of Al Pastor. The Texas Dip was not great. The shrimp didn't taste grilled and the crab meat was imitation. They included chips and salsa that wasn't good either. The salsa tasted like tomato sauce with no detectable heat or flavor.

The Tacos Al Pastor were delicious. Loved the pineapple and onion and cilantro combination. I also love that they are not greasy, but full of flavor.
