I tried the tonkotsu ramen, and it’s easily one of the best I’ve had. The pork bone broth, simmered for 24 hours, is rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced—never too salty or oily. The house-made thick noodles had a satisfying chew, complementing the broth’s depth.

Shoyu Ramen was extremely flavorful and the thick noodles were cooked perfectly with a little bit of bite. Packaging was great with no spills and even the Extra Side of Noodle tasted great after the first serving!

The Tonkotsu Ramen is creamy, rich, and filling. I also really appreciated the generous portion of spinach. Just awesome!

The Shoyu Ramen wasn't terrible or anything, but it wasn't very authentic either. Pretty much glorified chicken soup with a very basic, very peppery chicken broth. The egg and toppings were of good quality.
If you sub chicken for the pork chashu, you don't get chicken chashu. You get lots of small grilled chicken chunks, kind of like the chicken you'd get at a Hawaiian BBQ place.
The Juices & Teas Yuzu Piña Colada was "piña colada" in flavor only. It did not come blended, just the liquid mix over whole ice cubes. Also couldn't taste much yuzu in it, but it had good flavor anyway. Just missing that piña colada texture.

The Tonkotsu Ramen was tasty! Noodles are quite thick. Broth is creamy and flavorful without being too salty. The pork is decent, not the star of the show. They did not follow the jsnthectuons of adding a side of spice and garlic, so that's the only complaint
