We loved Hisui sushi! The rolls were good, the sashimi was fresh, wasabi was kickin, and they were quick to prep our large order. We super appreciate that they even took the time to label our individual orders. Will definitely order from here again

I am thrilled that they are now delivering! This is more than just a place to eat. It's an experience! I've visited many sushi spots over the years, but this one earned a permanent place for me as the Nr.1 sushi place in the El Dorado Hills. The fish is consistently incredibly fresh and the portions are perfect. You can tell the chefs here take pride in their craft.

For such an expensive roll, I was expecting better presentation. Very little tobiko and wasn't even evenly spread out. The ginger was mixed with the wasabi and it just looked sloppy. It tasted okay, but nothing special. You guys need to do better. There are far better quality/less pricy places for sushi in Folsom.

I've orderd here many times and it's always been good, but not this time! California Roll was filled mostly with a very big unripe piece of avocado, very little crab, and very little rice. I had to take out the avocado and was left with little to nothing.

I don't know why this place is rated so high. I got the Chicken Teriyaki Bowl (D) and the chicken was DISGUSTING!!! Straight up inedible. I was hoping for yummy charbroiled chicken like it said in the description, but this was pale, unmarinated chicken that just didn't taste good. The rice it came with was good though. And the Fried Green Beans were good, but at $1 per green bean I'm not sure it's worth it.
