First time ordering and loved it. I had the brisket and pulled pork. Both were flavorful and tender. I ordered the apple slaw and mac n cheese. They both tasted great. And finally the Ube cornbread was delightful. I thought it had a slightly sweet flavor. I would order again!

Man, I just pigged out on some Hog & Tradition. The Combo Plate 2 I had the Chicharon and Pulled pork. The Chicharon was a little undercooked but, some people like it chewy, I like it crispy - slapped em in the air fryer for 4 minutes on 400 and BAM perfect. The pulled pork was average, the sides were amazing - we got the mac and cheese which I normally dislike but, this was delicious, the baked beans were so good - lots of meat and flavor in those beans! The Peach Blueberry Cobbler tasted like authentic old school cobbler - delicious! I'm not a fan of purple food. Mom said it was delicious, moist - almost like a cake.

The ribs and beans are the best! The corn Bread was pretty dry, and the pork belly and Mac Salad had a very acidic and off-putting flavor.

Hamburger was so small. The bun was 2x the size of the burger. The cornbread was rock hard on top. Mac salad was just ok. The hog fries were good.
