Wow, what a wonderful Smoke House. Everything was great with just the right amount and type of smoke. Mac and Cheese was great, and the beans were delicious. All meats were perfect! Enough for a lunch feast tomorrow.

The Texas Brisket (by the lb) - 1/2 lb was the driest hardest brisket ive ever had. Really upsetting even by north east standards of bbq

Amazing Brisket. Moist, nice bark, very flavorful and the sauce is sweet and tangy bbq is really good. I might have to get a double portion next time.

BarCuterie Pretzel Platter Special was excellent. The pretzel was delicious. I've never seen better brisket anywhere else in Winchester.
