Amazing service, and the Taiyaki and 3 PC Cheese Tart were both delicious. They sent a free cookie and a sweet note apologizing for not having one item, but it's really my fault since I ordered right before closing. Wonderful! Will order again.

When someone orders and pays for Croffles delivery, they expect to receive a fresh and delicious product and, consequently, enjoy it. When the product you send is old, tough, and not fresh, it is, of course, disappointing. You should understand this. Yes, I can contact DoorDash support, request a replacement with a fresh Croffle, and write a bad review, but that is not why I placed the order. I just wanted a fresh Croffle with a cup of coffee on this Sunday morning.
