Meal was pretty good. I liked the Garlic Tonkatsu a bit more than the Spicy Ramen, but that's just cuz I like that style of soup more. Both were OK, the pork not as tender & succulent as some I've had elsewhere but I still enjoyed it. I didn't finish both ramens that night & they were even good left over! The jalapeno dish was interesting, not bad. Not really 'poppers', more like a vegetable dish a la sushi, but tasty. I didn't love the Salmon Skin Roll, it was OK but not my favorite... I haven't had that exact sushi before & found it tasted unexpectedly like *smoked* fish, which I generally like, but not so much in this sushi... someone else might like it more'n I did. Clam Chowder Croquettes were interesting but I didn't love 'em, just not great. Crispy but the flavor was 'fishy' in a funny way & I love fishy! It was fresh, so, nothing wrong with it, just didn't care for it that much.

Ordered the Spicy Beef Ramen and it's fine, but very dry with no broth, and the beef didn't really have any flavor.
There was still skin on the salmon Fire Dragon Roll, and it was missing the sauce it was supposed to come with.
Speaking of sauce, we paid for extra sides of sauce and there was barely any in the cup.
Otherwise the Gyoza, Miso Soup, Spicy Tuna Roll were decent.

The vegetarian curry, vegetable ramen, and miso soup were all really bad. Dumplings and edamame were fine. Endedup throwing most of it away. Very disappointing.

Everything was delicious but they forgot my two side spicy mayo's that I paid for. Kinda ruined the sushi for me.

Hakkidio is fabulous! I have been there many times and it is the best sushi this side of the Pecos! Love it!
