I didn't receive two of my items but was still charged. Then when I tried to use the help option for a refund, it would only allow me to choose one item to get a refund for. When I tried to go back in and get a refund for my second item, it kicked me out and said "the issue for the order had been handled"...
when I messaged my dasher, no response.
