I placed a big order from Honest Indian — over $250 worth — and was really looking forward to the food. I even called ahead to politely ask for an extra plate and extra onions, just a small request considering the size of the order. They said okay on the phone, but when I picked it up, none of it was included. For such a large order, I expected at least some basic attention to detail. It’s disappointing to spend that much money and feel like the customer service was an afterthought. Not a great experience.

Bhaji Pav was amazing, Chinese Bhel felt a bit short of my expectation, but not bad. Personally, I would order a lot more times more if the prices were a bit lower.
