The food was fair. Hook is not measuring up to prior expectations. The salad was a bit wet/soggy and the burgers were a bit overcooked. And the Onion Rings were cooked too long as well, hard to eat.

The Veggie Burger was made with care. The Hamburger was thrown together, mediocre AND the fries were limp, not fresh at all.
I would like a refund on the fries..thank goodness for an oven to make them crisp.

Ordered my daughter veggie burger plain and they added onions in the burger. She is the type that is visual and does not like onions. So she did not eat it and went to waste.

Burger was well seasoned and tasted great. Best onion rings I've ever had! Only wish there was an amazing dipping sauce to go with them. Solid meal.

I have had many burgers in my lifetime. Out of all of them, this is the best tasting burger I have had so far. No need to ask, "where's the beef?" - great size patty. I love that the fries were flavorful but not salty nor greasy.
