I asked for no salt on pretzels and they came with salt. I ordered chili cheese fries and they didn't come with cheese and they didn't notify me. The door dash driver had to tell me. Very disappointing.

Usually great but Lots a Tots did not have sour cream apart from the restaurant losing our ticket and our dasher having to speak to the manager about it. Maybe next time....

Had to return cheese and pretzels because the cheese had huge black burnt chunks in it. It was disgusting.
