• DoorDash orderI used to order the Twisted Texas Melt frequently and loved it every time, but now the order is consistently disappointing. No special instruction, ordered as on the menu, and still made wrong (missing sauce and onions this time). Fries cold and stale, and the burger, while hot, was meat and cheese only for some reason and didn't even seem to have salt. No flavor, yet greasy, made it very hard to eat, so I didn't.

• DoorDash orderThis is my first negative experience with any order I've recievedfrom a Door Dash order. The patties were over cooked and dry. They were actually almost burned around the edges. I ordered tomatoes but didnt get any. I also ordered extra crispy fries but I got cold curly fries. The only way you could tell they were supposed to be curly was the four or five that were actually curly. The rest was broken pieces. I always believe in trying something twice before judging but it will be a long time. Sorry, but I'm sure you want to know.
